Choosing the right types of transitions should be a simple task — just take a quick trip to any home improvement store, grab a board that looks good, and that’s that!
Well not quite! Recently, we spent what seemed an eternity trying to find just the right transition board to place between tile and a hardwood floor, only to decide there was absolutely nothing that looked like what our client wanted.What’s next? Well, we decided there must be an old adage that goes something like this, “If it ain’t findable, make it yourself!” So, that’s exactly what we did and our client loved the custom design.
